I’ll be the first vendor to say “hey” and the last vendor to hug you on your way out. I’m the person that makes sure Uncle Mark doesn’t get the microphone during speeches, and that makes sure all the people on the dance floor know the late night pizza is out. I’m a magician that will create your vision, and much more (from what I’ve heard *wink, wink*) & make sure it’s all packed up at the end of the night.

Day Of Coordination - Reception

Vendor Management (be first vendor onsite besides hair/makeup)
Set up and all client brought décor (signs, centerpieces, candles, bathroom baskets, etc.)
Set up of desserts (if needed) and refill as needed
Timeline keeper on day of event
(1) walkthrough with venue, if necessary
Tear down of all client brought items
Help coordinate Grand March, first dances, any other special moments during the event
Assistance with loading/unloading cars

Day Of Coordination - Ceremony

Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal
Coordinate Ceremony on the day of your wedding
Help set up ceremony area (client brought items)
Help tear down ceremony area (client brought items)
Transport any items between ceremony and reception spaces (additional fees may apply

Optional Items That We Can Add

Will not exclusively clear meal plates, utensils, cups, etc.
The caterer, servers or venue should clear plates from meals
The bartenders or venue should clear any cups from bar service
Provider will help to clear tables at end of night if necessary (if people were still eating after the caterer left) OR if we need to clear those specific areas for a room flip
Provider will not transport any items between ceremony and reception site
If requested there will be an additional fee for liability concerns
Provider will not pick up or drop off any décor, desserts or other items for event
Provider will not be responsible for solely loading up cars at the end of the night
Provider will not load their own car with items from the wedding at the end of the night

*Note these are not included and would be an additional fee.
